A Modern Home For A Modern Family

Every morning I read the Architectural Digest. You know how most people read The New York Times or their local newspaper well I'm more into what's happening in the design world. I try to keep up-to-date with new projects going on worldwide and emerging architects and/or designers. Read more to see my latest discovery.

When I came across this article on ArchitecturalDigest.com about architect Marc Whipple creating a super modern home for a modern family I had to share it with you. His designs are very dramatic and leave everyone in awe.

Whipple used clean lines and natural elements throughout the house for an indoor/outdoor transition.  He created an open space plan with enough glass walls for the light to radiate throughout the home. Not only is the house high tech with invisible speakers, lots of television around, and a private bowling alley (yes you read that correctly, a bowling alley) but it's also eco-friendly with solar panels and a graywater system for landscape irrigation.
